It was here that T. Shevchenko once spent time and, during his stay, wrote his famous poem “Testament.” Architect V. Zabolotnyi was born in the city and took part in the design of the Verkhovna Rada. For the writer Sholom Aleichem, Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi became his homeland, the place where he was born into the family of a small merchant.

Chernivtsi

Chernivtsi is a city that is easy to fall in love with, because only here you feel like not just part of the great history of Ukraine, but a traveller who has temporarily found themselves in a real Vienna.
