Definitions

1. Guest - an individual using the Website who does not have an account or is not logged in.
2. Account - the set of data relating to a particular User, including information about their activities on the Website and information provided by the User on the Website.
3. Terms - these Terms, including appendices, which set out the principles for using the Website. The latest version of the Terms can be found on the Website at any time, downloaded, saved to a device’s hard drive or printed.
4. Registration - the process of creating a User Account after the User provides the relevant information, accepts the Terms and activates the Account.
5. Website - the online platform for planning trips around Ukraine, hosted at travel-guide.in.ua.
6. User - an individual, legal entity or separate organisational unit with legal capacity that uses the Website after logging into an Account.
7. Website Owner - the individual who created the Website and made it available on the Internet.

General provisions

1. The conditions for using the Website, including the rules for registration and publishing new places, are set out in these Terms. Every Website user must read the Terms.

2. Guests may use only limited Website functions under the conditions set out in the current Terms, in accordance with the law and principles of fairness.

3. Content published on the Website, including material added by users such as text, graphics and video, is subject to intellectual property rights, including the Website’s copyright and industrial property rights. This content may not be used in any way without the written consent of an authorised person. Any aggregation or processing of data and other information available on the Website for subsequent transfer to third parties on other websites or outside the Internet is prohibited. The use of the Website’s identifying marks, including distinctive graphic elements, is also prohibited without the Website Owner’s consent.

4. The following activities are available on the Website:

• browsing Website content;
• using an Account and its associated functions;

5. Users who communicate with other Users through the Website’s chat acknowledge that these conversations are not confidential and that their content may be collected and stored on the Website. By accepting these Terms, the User confirms that the Website Owner has the right to access and analyse the content of conversations conducted through the Website’s chat function to improve user safety, prevent abuse and improve the quality of the Website.
