Checklist for planning a vacation if you work online

Remote work is becoming more and more popular remote work. This is a type of work that at one time helped many entrepreneurs stay afloat during the pandemic and war. Many fields of activity have today switched to this type of work. It has many advantages as well as disadvantages. The biggest advantage is that, working online, you can combine travel and leisure. But you need to prepare for such a trip.

Working in Czechia, Poland or Canada is nothing new for Ukrainians. Therefore, first of all, when planning a trip, you need to take care of a stable internet connection. Think through and prepare a backup internet channel if Wi-Fi is unavailable. Today there are many routers from mobile operators that receive and distribute the internet signal well.

2. Place for travel and leisure.

The second, and no less important, is the place for travel and leisure. Make sure there is a cozy and quiet place for your work, where you can get your work done productively.

3. Work planning.

The third point I want to highlight is a deadline for all urgent tasks. So that unfinished tasks do not take your time and energy during the trip. Inform your manager in advance about the possibility of being absent during working hours.

4. Necessary gadgets for work.

The fourth point is to carefully prepare your tools for work. Check whether the battery is working properly, and perhaps buy additional chargers for your gadgets.

5. Travel plan.

And the fifth, no less important point, is a clear travel plan. Divide your route by day and plan the amount of work that needs to be done. This way you will clearly understand how much free time you have left for rest.

6. Good mood and good company.

And the most important thing is having a good mood and good company. After all, today more and more people, while working, continue to travel around the country and find new emotions and unique moments in life.
